Access to information and assistance
We want visitors to be able to learn about the clinic and contact the team regardless of disability or the technology they use. If a page, control, video, map or form creates a barrier, call or email the clinic for help accessing the information or arranging a visit. Online form use is not the only way to contact us.
Using this website
The site includes headings, image descriptions, keyboard-operable controls and visible focus indicators. Browser zoom can enlarge content; text-size controls appear on the main website pages. The featured welcome video includes caption options. The 3D model is optional and starts only when requested; written care information is available without operating it. These features are not a certification that every interaction meets every accessibility standard.
Report a barrier
Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, the difficulty you encountered and your preferred way to receive a response. If helpful, include your browser or assistive-technology name, but do not include passwords or private health information. Third-party maps or linked services may have different accessibility support; the clinic can discuss another way to obtain the information.
